Senior HC Executive

 

Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, you will partner Business Leaders in areas of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, HCIS as well as Human Capital Administration for Supervisory/Confidential, Bargainable employees and interns.

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • In charge of recruiting and onboarding of qualified employees (Supervisory/Confidential, Bargainable and interns) for the Company
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews
  • Assist with provision of recruiting and HC statistics to Corporate Human Capital and government bodies
  • Resource person for Warburg Vending Malaysia

 

Staff Movement & Off-Boarding

  • Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HC decisions in a timely manner
  • Ensure exit clearance is conducted for off-boarding employees

 

HCIS

  • Updating of employees data into SAP SF and Prosoft HCIS, ensuring accuracy
  • Support person for HCIS

 

Employee Relations

  • Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed
  • Monitoring and renewing of relevant work passes

 

Rewards

  • Support the annual appraisal exercise for Supervisory/Confidential staff including Annual Increment and Variable Bonus.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 4-years Human Capital experience
  • Experience in FMCG industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Prosoft and preferably SAP Success Factors
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
