Roles & Responsibilities :-

 

LOCAL STORE MARKETING

  • Develop store-specific marketing programs that “grow sales” by introducing frequency, target new guests and guest check building ideas at the local level that support our overall marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative systemwide sales contests and quarterly LSM calendar of initiatives to drive sales and behavior, when applicable.
  • Local Store Marketing training, including presentation to stores.
  • Gathering, reporting, and sharing of marketing best practices.
  • Develop & Manage all aspects of LSM Tool Kit, including program overviews, creative, on-line ordering logistics and sales reporting.
  • Coordinate fulfillment process of Local Store Marketing materials
  • Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines
  • Manage all marketing input requests from franchisees

NATIONAL PROMOTIONAL MARKETING

  • Help manage the strategic development process of secondary marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Provide creative input for development and coordination of creative materials relating to secondary campaign merchandising elements
  • Coordinate implementation and tracking of secondary marketing promotions
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with franchisor to market products and services

LOCAL FLOWCHART & BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Actively participate in yearly planning and budgeting process to help map the most effective advertising mix for each market

 

Desired Skills and Experience :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field 
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience as Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in Retail, FMCG or relevant industry
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing required
  • Strong planning, time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai
  • Good interpersonal skill and team work, can work with a wide range of individuals at all levels
  • Work with Advanced Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
