Compensation and Benefits Management Associate

Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends
  • Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team
  • Preparing job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Participating in salary and labour market surveys to determine pay rates and benefits
  • Creating and improving salary, benefit and bonus systems 
  • Supporting managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees
  • Preparing information and report for regular audits


Desired Skills and Experience :-

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefit management, analysis would be advantageous
  • Expert in Microsoft excel
  • Details oriented and good analytical skill
  • Good in spoken and written English
