Senior Customer Management Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: -

    Support Sales by analyzing and estimating sales volume information

Provide data for Demand and Supply Forecasting of sales

    Support Sales plan development by analyze market data, competitor information and consumer behavior to support Sales on sales plan development

    Coordinate with PGs to ensure that sales forecast plan is in line with production plan

    Co-develop marketing campaigns and promotion plan with PGs to capture market opportunity and enhance sales volume

    Provide feedback of marketing campaigns and promotion activities to head of own channel and to positions related to Sales and Marketing in PGs

    Coordinate with PGs and related parties to support sales operation activities for HoReCa

    Coordinate and review lock out contract between customers and Pom and Nam company

    Provide support to customers to maintain relationship with customers

    Review and endorse sales incentive scheme and sale target to align with company policies

    Develop and propose budget plans required for projects / activities under own authority

    Provide POSM to sales according to POSM plan and sales tactical plan

    Develop POSM plan for HoReCa channel

    Co-develop the POP and POS marketing plans with PGs

    Manage product promotion execution to be in line with marketing plans

    Monitor merchandising display, shelf allocation and decoration to ensure alignment with Thai Bev's marketing plans

    Provide supported data to Sales to develop trade marketing campaign implementation plan

    Analyze and forecast competitor's trade marketing campaigns to ensure the competitiveness of own trade marketing campaigns

    Develop and propose budget plans required for projects / activities under own authority

    Develop course outline for product knowledge training plan and course outline for HoReCa's customers

    Conduct product knowledge training course for HoReCa's customers

    Determine quantity and quality of workforce required to achieve targets, and/or to complete tasks under own responsibilities

    Develop workforce plans and team structures and Manage workforce plans to ensure an achievement of targets of own function

 

Desired Skills and Experience: -

-  Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification

-  Minimum 8 years Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG (Food and Beverage industry) or Hospitality industry with minimum 2 years in management level

-  Prior experience in HORECA channel would be an advantage

-  Fluency in English and Thai

-  Excellent communications, negotiation, presentations skill and good personality

-  Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
