Responsibility:

  • In charge of recruiting and onboarding of qualified employees (Supervisory/Confidential, Bargainable and interns) for the Company
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews
  • Maintain Human Resource data and employee files (make sure data is updated and correct)
  • Coordinate annual performance management cycle with line manager and monitor completion of performance reviews and development plans
  • Provide consulting about KPI target setting and cascading among employee in each level
  • Provide HC solution to build effectively organization performance

  • Ability to use an approaches to gain agreement with all stakeholders in the complicate situations

  • Collaborate with other executives to design process and implement HR project

  • Suuport Succession Planning process and systems in practice and facilitate line manager in Career mobility and individual development plan
 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years Human Capital experience
  • Experience in FMCG industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
